The Founder

Kay Vogt, Psy.D. is the founder of Real Talk, LLC. and has worked with over 100 CEO's and family businesses in a variety of settings. She has studied many organizational development tools, human behavior and communication models, and holds a certificate in Family Business Advising through the Family Firm Institute in Boston, MA. For over 7 years she has moderated CEO forums and retreats for the Family Business Council at the University of Illinois. She is a popular trainer and facilitator for both business and educational venues.
