Dr. Kay Vogt is the founder of Real Talk and has worked with many closely held businesses in a variety of settings. As a psychologist, she has extensive training in executive assessment and emotional intelligence tools. In addition to a doctorate in psychology, she holds an undergraduate degree in Economics from Benedictine University. In 2007 she recieved a certificate in Family Business Advising from the Family Firm Institute in Boston
Dr Vogt is also certified in basic and advanced courses in the Hogan Assessment system. For over 10 years she has moderated CEO forums and retreats for the Family Business Council at the University of Illinois. She is a popular and beloved facilitator for both business and educational venues.
