Dr. Kay Vogt is the founder of Real Talk, LLC and has consulted with many closely-held businesses on succession, leadership, and relationship issues since 1996. In additional to her credentials as a clinical psychologist, she has extensive training in conflict resolution, group facilitation and executive testing. From her experience with families in distress she has developed a 4-session “Breakthrough Dialogue™” program designed to elicit novel solutions from seemingly impossible problems. She also works long term with several families transforming dysfunctional multi-generational patterns in order to form close and healthy relationships.
In addition to a doctorate in psychology from Argosy University, she holds an undergraduate degree in Economics from Benedictine University as well as a certificate in Family Business Advising from the Family Firm Institute in Boston. She is also a charter member of Kaleo a distinguished group of family business consultants located throughout the United States. Real Talk is located in Southern California.
