A BIT ABOUT WHY YOU MIGHT NEED ME
Despite being blessed with financial success, you may feel something's missing when you are sitting around the Thanksgiving table. Maybe an actual relative is missing because of something that was said 20 years ago; or maybe it feels tense and cold. Or perhaps someone habitually dominates the conversation and everyone else feels like a captive audience.
We don't get any training on how to have relationships and how to communicate with each other. Many a family lacks the connection they desire because they simply don't know how to talk to each other. Other families may be have allowed the business to dominate every event and every conversation for decades or even generations. And now as you mature, you want something more. As a family business consultant and relationship coach, I will guide you to better feeling results.

EMPOWERMENT COACHING FOR WOMEN
Women's voices and desires are an important source of wisdom for any family. Men can help; whether that is by being encouraging, leaving space in the conversation, soliciting input, or echoing--each of these acts are extraordinarily important in the good functioning of a family. My work helps men and women find and promote women's work and voices.
